Sasquatch (Walter) - Character Guide

Walter Langkowski — Sasquatch in the comics, the gamma-powered giant of Alpha Flight — appears as Walter, a member of Logan's old Team X circle. His storyline runs through two trophies: Careful What You Wish For (save Walter, during In the Shadows) and Small Mercies (set Walter free, during This Was The Dream), which bracket the moral spine of the back half of the campaign.

Jeff Nordling (Big Little Lies, 24) plays Walter with a warmth that reviews latch onto — the character carries much of the story's emotional weight, and the choices around him are where the game's "gloriously conflicted lead" (The Guardian's phrase) earns that description.

Sasquatch's role in combat is best discovered unspoiled — the story controls when and how Walter's other side surfaces. Both Walter trophies are automatic and unmissable, so play the story and let the arc land.
